Hello everyone, in this blog you will be able to see
more or less what is going on with the future projects of the
Funkiest Hostel in Valparaiso.
After three years of steady growth and international recognition we are expanding horizons. So during the next year Caracol is embarking in two new projects.
The first one is located in Valparaiso and it is a four apartment
Apart-Hotel, located in a beautiful little alley very near our present location. The four independent apartments which will have a living room with a small kitchen, a second storey with a double room en suite overlooking the ocean and a roof terrace with surprising views. All this in the middle of the
Open Air Museum, which is known for its gorgeous views and winding alleys.
And the second project coming slowly behind is the new
Hostal Caracol Santiago. For this we are starting to remodel a 90 year old house in the bohemian district of
Barrio Bellavista, known for its great nightlife and great cuisine.
This will take a while since it is a major renovation, so the idea is to be able to bring everyone in the discussion of what makes a great room (cheap one) what is necessary, which little details are indispensable, or just nice to have in a room. I can asure you every idea will be taken into consideration and hopefully we will see you all enjoying a custom made hostel.
So this is the first part of a long story.
